Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were quiet, peaceful, and had a great view of the greenspace in the middle, with 2 Queen beds providing a good size and comfortable stay. I didn't get a chance to see the pool, but thankfully, there was no pest problem during my visit.
I found the hotel in a perfect location, ideal for enjoying the warm Arizona nights and surrounded by beautiful desert flora. While the rooms were a bit dark, uncomfortable beds, and had a mysterious odor, the staff quickly resolved an issue to our advantage. The dining options were good but slightly pricey. The hotel offered a variety of services, and the facilities were well-kept.
During my stay, the hotel had some positives like its spacious rooms facing the circular fountain, although they could use an update. The service was friendly and helpful, offering a range of amenities. The location was excellent for shopping and dining, but had a few cleanliness issues like the uncollected brick wall by the banister. The dining experience was ample and fresh, although a bit on the expensive side.
The hotel surprised me in a good way with its rooms being more impressive than expected, despite needing some renovation. The service was superb, with a special touch for my son's birthday, but at times a bit overwhelmed with other guests. The location was incredible for exploring Scottsdale, but not as nice as a previous visit. The dining was delicious but slightly pricey, while the facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
